One night while Aunt Jodi was here she was able to spend the night with us. She told Brooklyn that she could pick out any fingernail polish and she would do her nails; Jodi LOVES her some nails :) and Brooklyn loved it!! Jodi said that when they went to pick the polish color Brooklyn went right to the blue and was insistent that that was the color. She even got sparkles! She got to stay up extra late and to finish it off she got a full story read to her by Aunt Jojo! She was feeling pretty special!
My camera has been in the shop in Boise for nearly a month (waaaaaay too long if you ask me!) so these are photos (above and below) from our new point and shoot camera. Still getting used to it. Here are some photos from the Sunday before Marilyn's funeral. We had a nice dinner at Carl and Judy's and then went on a family walk. The sun was blood red with all the fires we've had this summer and it was a really nice evening for a walk. We love being with family!
